為什麼我的BeneCheck試片還沒有過期但卻受潮了?

很多原因都有可能導致您的試片受潮
- 當您拿出試片時您的手是濕的
- 當您拿出試片後沒有立刻關上試片罐
- 您沒有依照試片儲存的規範儲存您的試片

試片保存方式:

- 將試片放置於室溫, 10-30°C (50-86°F).
- 避免陽光直接照射、高溫 、冷凍
- 請勿將試片分裝
- 請勿將試片放置於冰箱
- 當您取出試片後請立刻蓋上試片罐,並確定試片罐密封
- 當您取出試片後請勿再放回試片罐
- 避免試片與空氣長期接觸
- 請勿將編碼卡置入試片罐中

請問是否可以分裝BeneCheck試片?

不行! 分裝的試片極易受潮,因BeneCheck試片罐均有乾燥處理,請使用原試片包裝保存。

為什麼我的BeneCheck測試值跟別台機器不同?

根據FDA的規定,當您要比較不同的測試值時,您必須要同一時間同一部位採血,並與醫院的大型生化儀做比對。您不可以直接比較兩個測試值,即便他們是同款機器。

當您使用酒精擦拭時請完成以下步驟:

1. 請先將試片取出,再使用酒精消毒您的雙手
2. 當您將試片罐打開前,請確認您的雙手乾淨且乾燥
3. 當您將試片取出後請立刻關上試片罐,並確定其密封
4. 請用酒精消毒欲採血部位
5. 請確認酒精消毒處已乾燥再開始檢測,否則將影響數值準性

請問採血針可以重複採血嗎?

不行!此符號為”請勿重複使用”。

不建議重複使用採血針的原因:

- 降低疼痛感
- 避免感染
- 減少組織傷害

請問可以使用第一滴血液進行檢測嗎?

不行,請將第一滴血液擦拭掉後再進行檢測。

請問如何使採血更容易?

增加血液循環的方式:

.用溫水清洗雙手,並確認雙手乾燥再進行檢測

.請由手掌至手指來回按摩幾次再進行採血

為什我重複用指尖血檢測膽固醇時數據有差異呢?

- 膽固醇檢測較容易受到hct影響,如果hct低於35%,則檢測結果可能會偏高; 如果hct高於50%,則檢測結果可能會偏低。
- 如果測試者服用一般常備用藥且未過量(如普拿疼之類的),則不會影響測試結果。但如果不是常備用藥,則有可能會影響測試結果。且不同機種(光學法或電化學法)可能有不同程度的影響。
- 如服用高劑量的維他命或未知的保健食品,則有可能會影響測試結果。且不同機種(光學法或電化學法)可能有不同程度的影響。
- 清潔不足也可能會造成重複測試指尖血差異變大的原因。

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, and any other documents they expressly incorporate, set forth the terms and conditions upon which you or any users you authorize under your account may access and use the products and services offered or operated by BeneCheck (“Products and Services”), including Products and Services provided by our third party Products and Services vendors (“Terms of Use” or “Agreement”).

 

Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you start or authorize any users under your account to use our Products and Services. By registering for use of these Products and Services, you represent you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use on behalf of yourself and any authorized users. No individual under these age limits may use the Products and Services, provide any personal data to BeneCheck, or otherwise submit personal data through the Products and Services (e.g., a name, address, telephone number, or email address). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not access, use or authorize use of the Products and Services.

 

Please check these Terms of Use periodically for changes as every term in this agreement is subject to amendment. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Use at any time; Provided however, you have the right to reject such amendment or cancel the contract by sending the company a notice to that effect no later than 30 days following such amendment. Your continued use of the Products and Services following this 30 day period means that you agree to such changes. To the extent that these Terms conflict with any Customer Agreement, the Customer Agreement will control. If you are using the Services as an employee or other representative of a Provider Customer, you are a “Practice User” for purposes of these terms. Customer Agreements contain terms protecting privacy and may contain terms that control over these Terms for Practice Users.

 

 

 

SERVICES-SPECIFIC TERMS

 


• EHR Services. We provide Provider Customers with access to and use of cloud-based electronic health records services (“EHR Services”). Generally, EHR Services are governed by the applicable Customer Agreement, and these Terms supplement the applicable Customer Agreement.


• Patient Portal. In connection with our EHR Services, we may provide a feature that enables Provider Customers to create a personalized account for patients to facilitate registration, appointment scheduling, secure messaging, bill payment and other activities with the Provider Customer (such feature, a “Patient Portal”). The Patient Portal is available only to patients under the active care of a health care provider that is a Provider Customer. If you are a patient, you acknowledge and agree that all communication through the Patient Portal is between you and the Provider Customer, and BeneCheck has no responsibility or liability for your activity and communications within the Patient Portal. You also acknowledge and agree that Provider Customers are communicating solely with you about your own personal conditions, and that asking for advice on behalf of another person could potentially be harmful and is prohibited. To use a Patient Portal, either the Provider Customer of whom you are a patient will provide you with a username and password, or will email you a link to register for the Patient Portal. In regards to the link, you will be required to verify your first and last name and date of birth to establish your Patient Portal account. 1. Use of the Products and Services

 

BeneCheck provides Products and Services to assist health checkups and data management. Please note, not all Products and Services are available in all jurisdictions. Please see the applicable Product and Services description to see which Products and Services are available in your country. The Products and Services may be updated or discontinued from time to time (“Updates”). Certain portions of our Product and Services may not properly operate if you do not install all Updates. You acknowledge and agree that the Product and Service may not work properly if you do not allow such Updates and you expressly consent to automatic Updates. Further, you agree that the Terms of Use (and any additional modifications of the same) will apply to any and all Updates to the Product and Services. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any or all of the Services at any time, including the availability of any product, feature or database. In addition, we have no obligation to provide any Updates or to continue to provide or enable any particular features or functionality of any Service. We may also impose limits on certain Product and Services or restrict your access to part or all of the Product and Services without notice or liability.

 

 

 

2. Activation and Registration

 


You might be required to activate Products and Services before the use of them. Some of the Products and Services might require you to register and provide certain information about yourself. All information we collect about you in connection with the Products and Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Products and Services, you consent to all actions taken by us with respect to your information in compliance with the Privacy Policy. Upon registration, you will receive a user account that requires a username and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your user account (“Your Content”). You shall: (i) have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, and appropriateness of Your Content; (ii) maintain the confidentiality of your password and user account information; (iii) use your best efforts to prevent unauthorized access to, or use of, the Products and Services, and notify XXXXX promptly of any such unauthorized use; and (iv) comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws in using the Products and Services.
You are responsible for Your Content. You represent and warrant that you own Your Content or that you have all rights necessary to grant us a license to use Your Content as described in these Terms.
You represent and warrant that Your Content, the use and provision of Your Content on the Products and Services, and your use of the Products and Services will not (a) infringe, misappropriate, or violate a third party’s patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, moral rights, or other intellectual property rights, or rights of publicity or privacy; (b) violate, or encourage any conduct that would violate, any applicable law or regulation or would give rise to civil liability; (c) be fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive; (d) be defamatory, obscene, pornographic, vulgar, or offensive; (e) promote discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group; (f) be violent or threatening or promote violence or actions that are threatening to any person or entity; or (g) promote illegal or harmful activities or substances.
You further agree not to (1) upload any content that contains software viruses or is designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any equipment or services, or that contains other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files or content; (2) use or attempt to use another user’s account without authorization, or impersonate any person or entity; (3) harvest, solicit, or collect information of other users for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, for sending unsolicited communications; (4) post, advertise, or promote products or services commercially, or upload any content that is advertising, promotional material, junk mail, spam, or a contest or sweepstake, or that furthers or promotes criminal activity; or (5) use the Products and Services in any manner that, in our sole discretion, is objectionable or restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Products and Services, or which may expose us or our users to any harm or liability of any type.

 

 

 

3. Term

 


The term of this Agreement will begin upon your successful activation or registration of the Products and Services by BeneCheck and will continue until you cease using the Product or Service unless a term is otherwise set forth in the registration. For those Product or Services subject to a limited term, this Agreement will automatically renew for successive equivalent terms unless terminated by either party as permitted herein.

 

 

 

4. Termination

 


(I) BeneCheck reserves the right to refuse activation or registration of a user for any reason and may suspend or terminate your access to the Products and Services if you (a) breach any term of this Agreement, or (b) engage in any conduct that BeneCheck determines in its discretion may have an adverse effect on BeneCheck or its reputation.
(II) You may terminate this Agreement for convenience upon written notice to BeneCheck or its vendor or through the applicable cancellation process. BeneCheck may terminate for convenience upon sixty (60) days written notice. (III) Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the Products and Services. In addition to termination, BeneCheck reserves the right to pursue any and all remedies available to it.

 

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

 


Except for the limited license and use rights expressly granted to you under this Agreement, all title to and the rights in the Products and Services, including ownership rights to patents (registrations, renewals, and pending applications), copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, BeneCheck’s or third party hardware, other technology, any derivatives of and all goodwill associated with the foregoing is the exclusive property of BeneCheck and/or the applicable third party.
Except to the extent permitted by law, you may not perform, attempt to perform, or encourage or assist others in performing any of the following while accessing or using the Products and Service: (1) use, display, mirror, or frame the Products and Service or any individual element within the Products and Service, including the layout and design of any page, without BeneCheck’s express written consent; (2) use BeneCheck’s name, any BeneCheck’s trademark or logo, or any BeneCheck’s proprietary information without BeneCheck’s express written consent; (3) circumvent any technological measure implemented by BeneCheck or any of BeneCheck’s providers or any other third party (including another user) to protect the Products and Service;; or (4) modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, tamper with, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software that BeneCheck provides to you or any other part of the Products and Service.

 

 

 

6. Confidentiality

 


We will use and protect your personal information pursuant to the Privacy Policy. You agree not to reveal or disclose any of BeneCheck’s confidential information, which includes non-public information related to the Company software, documentation or information relating to pricing, discounts, this Agreement, errors in the Software and other competitive or proprietary data (i.e., business, technical or financial information) or information a reasonable person would conclude is confidential, without BeneCheck’s written agreement.

 

 

 

7. Non-Confidential Information

 


Subject to any applicable terms and conditions set forth in our Privacy Policy, any other communication or material that you send to us through the Products and Services, such as any questions, comments, suggestions or the like, is and will be deemed to be non-confidential and we will have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information. We will be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such communication for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to, developing, manufacturing and marketing products.

 

 

 

8. Content

 


The information presented on or through the Products and Services is solely for informational and educational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to maintain current information but we cannot guarantee that the content is complete or up-to-date.
We may provide access to third party content, technology or services (“Third Party Content”) as a convenience to you. BeneCheck does not endorse, recommend, or otherwise make any representations, warranties or conditions with respect to such Third Party Content. BeneCheck does not have any control or responsibility for such Third Party Content and we encourage you to review the applicable third party’s Terms of Use and privacy policies.

Trademarks, Products and Services marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Products and Services are the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the trademarks mentioned above and any use of such trademarks. You acknowledge and agree that all text, graphics, photographs, trademarks, logos, visual interfaces, artwork, computer code and all other related content contained on the Products and Services are owned by BeneCheck, its service providers or other third parties and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. Any reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of materials provided through the Products and Services, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, no part of the Products and Services and no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, distributed or transmitted in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, service or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without the express prior written consent of BeneCheck or the applicable owner.

 

 

 

10. Disclaimer

 


The products and services are provided on an “as is” basis and use of the product and services is at your solre risk. The company, it’s officers, directors, empolyees, agents, contractors or third-party service providers specifically disclaim all warranties and conditions, whether express or lmplied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, accuracy, integrity or completeness of the content, third-party content or that the product or services will be error-free or uninterrupted. No oral advice or written information given by the company its officers, directors, emoplyess, agents, contractors, or third-party service providers will create a warranty.

 

 


11. Limitation of Liability

 


Except where prohibited by law or public policy, in no event will BeneCheck, it’s officers, directors, employess, agents, contractors, or third-party service providers be liable for any (1) any amount in excess of fees paid during the applicable term or (2) indirct, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from your use of or inability to use the products and services, including bt not limited to reliance by you on any information obtained from the products and services, regardless of the form of action.

 

 

 

12. Indemnity

 


You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold BeneCheck, its officers, directors, partners, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers and third party service vendors, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities including without limitation, reasonable legal fees, alleged to result from your use of the Products and Services and third party medical devices and/ or your violation of the Term of Use.

 

 

 

13. Miscellaneous

 


All users agree (1) that all matters relating to access to or use of the Products and Services, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of Taiwan and (2) waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue and the right to trial by jury in any judicial proceeding involving any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions or the products and services.
The failure of BeneCheck to insist on or enforce strict performance of these Terms of Use will not be construed as a waiver by BeneCheck of any provision or any right it has to enforce these Terms of Use, nor will any course of conduct between BeneCheck and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these Terms of Use. The provisions of these Terms of Use are severable. The invalidity, in whole or in part, of any provision of these Terms of Use will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other of its provisions. If any of the provisions of these Terms of Use are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such provisions will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of these Terms of Use, so that these Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect. The Products and Services are not available to all persons or in all geographic locations. Any offer for any Product or Service is void where prohibited. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer these Terms of Use, by operation of law or otherwise, without BeneCheck’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms of Use, without such consent, will be null. BeneCheck may freely assign or transfer these Terms of Use without restriction. Subject to the foregoing, these Terms of Use will bind and inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, and permitted assigns.
